Presidential Collectables takes every effort to insure you purchased products are personally inspected for quality before shipping.

Presidential Collectables will accept returns of our products within 30 days of products' purchase, provided products are returned in good condition.  Returned products should be sent in original shipping container(s) to insure products are received undamaged.  Be sure to include your order number.  Customer pays return shipping cost.   Once products are received in good condition, the customer's original purchasing credit card account will be credited for the amount of products purchased & returned, minus a 15% restocking fee.  The credit should appear on your card account within 3-5 business days.
